Your marks 39/120 is a low score and so you have lesser chances of getting admission in law colleges that accepts TS LAWCET. Last year the minimum marks i.e. 39 marks was required for Pendekanti law college for SC category. So it might be possible you may get this year but every year cutoff also varies so just wait for the final merit list to be out.
