As you have scored the rank 40,000 in TS EAMCET you can not get admission into desired colleges as the authorities will give first priority to the SC, ST, OBC and Minority and then it gives to OC categories. According to previous year cutoffs and trends the closing rank for all the colleges you mentioned above under OC boys category for CSE and ECE branch is under 30k but your rank is far from that range,Hence it would be impossible for you to get the CSE or ECE seat in any of the college.

You can opt Mechanical and CIVIl in MLRITM,MLRIT.
