Sir I got 4054 rank in VIT I will get CS in vellore? And Hostel Advance DD is 1 lakh during counselling and is it fully refundable?

Dear Aspirant,
You will glad to know that they will refund the whole amount of your money except 10K counseling fee and 1K hostel fee but the withdrawn of money will have a date. So I am suggesting you at the time of counseling ask this from the office staff too.
