Andhra Pradesh State quota seats are divided into AU quota, SVU Quota & OU Quota. Based on this score the chances seem to be less getting a seat in All India quota seats & State quota seats.
it is very late to answer your query, I hope you have checked the seat allotment & also allotted the seat in any of the medical college.
