If I go by the previous year cutoffs then you do have chances of getting admission in government medical college, akola in maharashtra through state quota.(approx closing marks-357).
If I talk about the private colleges, then there also you have good chances of getting admision in any one of the private medical colleges on maharashtra through state quota.

I have also mentioned the previous year cutoff maks for that government college.i also went through the data mentioned in the site. I know Its bizzare ,perhaps some inconsistency would have crept in the data..
I would suggest, just browse that link.it might help you.as far as I am concerned you can get admission in any one of the private colleges through state qouta.
With a score of 410 in obc category, you have chances of procuring a seat in the private medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 379 was required to fetch one a seat in the Indian institute of medical sciences and research centre under the state quota. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats and state quotas. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection
