Your question seems to be a little ambiguous. Since you have not mentioned the state for which you are eligible to obtain the benefit of home state domicile quota, it is difficult to predict any colleges for you.
In most states the home state domicile quota consists of 85 percent seats and 15 percent All India Quota (AIQ).

Your score is not bad for fetching a government medical seat.
If you have domicile of any state then it might help you in getting admission in any college of that sate through state quota.
If I talk about bams then Yes with this mark ,you have good chances of getting a bams government seat.
The expected cutoff marks for admission into bams courses for general category students is around 300 for private colleges it's around 250.
For obc it would be even lesser.
You have scored enough to get a government seat for bams course.
Cutoffs vary from college to college .The cutoff changes almost every year,so nothing can be predicted much.cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
