Hello!
Chances are extremely less, for you to get a government college seat. Because the cutoff is quite less for a government medical college. But you can definitely get a seat in private and deemed medical colleges. This is because of the heavy competition this year. Even the one who got 550+ failed to get a government seat, I am stating this to make you analyze about the heavy competition. There are chances, but in a minimal ratio. If you are desperate about a government medical seat then take NEET next year also. Many students who have secured a seat this year have taken NEET for the second or third time.
ALL THE BEST. Hope the answer was helpful.
Thank You

As of now its tough to say exactly which college you can get into because the cutoff changes every year with college and this year the cutoff went high.but with previous year analysis and your rank, category we can find you possibilities into colleges.as per last year analysis you have chances to fetch a seat in govt bds with your score like
sri rajiv gandhi dental college-last year cutoff-334
rajarajeshwari dental college-last year cutoff-344
banglore institute of dental sciences-last year cutoff-341
college of dental sciences-last year cutoff-331
and few other.this year the cutoff rose by atleast 30-40 marks causing difference in ranks by thousands ,so its tough to predict, and as cutoff increased, your chances into colleges may also differ.to know about previous year cutoffs for your score check: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-karnataka
