Going by last year's cutoffs, you can expect
- Govt Medical College Nalgonda
- Govt Medical College Suryapet
And government quota seats in private Medical colleges such as
- MNR Medical College
- Mahavir Institute of Medical Sciences
- Bhaskar Medical College
- Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences
