Hi, according to last year cutoff scores you can get a seat in mysore medical college,mims mandya, Hims Hassan,Bims belgaum,Rims Raichur and more you have got a good score so according to your state quota category you are getting these colleges. You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a score of 446 , you have chances of procuring a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 380 was required to fetch one a seat in the Raichur medical college, Raichur in general category under the state quota. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
