According to your marks it is highly unlikely that you will get any government college seat through AIQ for general category.
I will recommend you to attend state counselling to see if you can get a seat over there because state quota seats have a much less cut off for admission in government medical colleges because 85% seats are under state quota.

A lot of it depends on your home state quota.
in states like delhi even a 600+ score does not guarantee you a seat .
but in states like tamilnadu, 400+ will also guarantee you a seat.
it also depends on the reservation and other factors.
getting a government college depends purely on what state you come from and 448 is a good score so hopefully you have a chance
