sir i got 45 marks in phy theory 17 and practical 28 and my overall percentage is 74% sir am i eligible to take major subject chemistry in government colleges also am i eligible to just sit in the cee and neet exam before i clear that subject

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but you are not eligible for Neet examination as with only 17 marks in physics theory examination you have failed in Physics and thus you fail to fulfill Neet eligibility criteria which says that,
to be eligible you must have passed your 12th with English and PCB (pass in both the theory and practical individually ) with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if you belong to general category , or at least 45% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to ph category or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st

you are not eligible for any bachelor degree course as the basic criteria to be eligible for graduation is that candidate should have passed 10 + 2 but as you have got only 17 marks in physics theory i.e you have failed in physics , that is you have failed in 10+2 and not eligible for graduation
