sir. I got 4500 category rank I'm sc candidate bi.p.c stream can I get seat in 3rd round or mopup round in icar plz tell me

Dear aspirant,
As per your rank and considering you from sc category you have fair chances of getting a seat the 3rd round or mop round. But in mop up round let me tell you it's a bit tricky because it depends on the vacancy of the seats in college.
