Yes with this mark ,you have decent chances of getting a bams government seat even through all india quota. If you have domicile of any state then you can even grab a seat through 85 % state quota.
Gwnerally ,The expected cutoff marks for admission into bana courses for general category students is around 300 for private colleges it's around 250.
You have scored enough to get a good government college for bams course.
Do remember that cutoffs vary from college to college . Cutoffs change almost every year. So its difficult to put forward any specific prediction.

Suggesting a college under all india quota would be difficult since there are so many colleges and cutoffs are different for different colleges.Tell me the state of which you hold domicile. I sure will let you know about the colleges in that state.
