sir i got 454 Air rank in iit jam biotechnology and belongs to obc category is there any chance to get admission in any iit

Hello,
According to IIT JAM 2019 , you may not get admission in IITs with this rank.But keep in mind that the closing ranks vary every year. IIT JAM 2019 third round closing ranks for Biotechnology (OBC category ) in various IITs are given below :
IIT Bombay - 88
IIT Roorkee - 227
IIT Indore - 241
