Greetings Aspirant,
I hope you are doing well. I see that you have scored 463 marks in your neet examination. With the marks scored the chances are less for you to get a government seat for MBBS. MBBS or Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery also described as BMBS. This is a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree program. The first two advanced and professional undergraduate medical degrees are Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. It is probably one of the topmost degrees in the world and therefore by profession, after completing MBBS from top medical colleges , an individual is officially transformed into a medical professional.
These are few of the private colleges in India for MBBS.

First of all congratulations on clearing NEET UG exam.
Now talking about will you get a seat through state counselling in karnataka, at your rank 119990 it's hard to get any government medical college if you are not under SC and ST reservation catagory.
You can try through it but should also have any backup option such as
You can also try from ALL INDIA QUOTA as new order by Hon'ble supreme court of india no left over seat will revert back to state counselling and 4 rounds of AIQ counselling will happen so at 3rd i.e. mop-up round you can get a college.
On the other hand you can opt for private college in karnataka for sure you will be getting one.
