As you have mentioned that you belong to general (UR) category and your score is 476.

Although it is very difficult to predict the cutoff as it depends on various factors.

But looking at the cutoff of the past few years and observing the trend, I can say that you have a good chance of getting a seat in a government college.

Last year cut off for general candidates in UP under AIQ was 525 at Faculty of Dental Science, King George Medical University and under state quota was 522 at Faculty of Dental Sciences, Lucknow.
So going by previous years cut off it seems difficult to get a seat at 476. At this score you can expect to get a seat at private dental college. However keep in mind that cut off are subject to change.

Congratulations on qualifying NEET-2019.

Regarding your question. It depends on availability of Seats. As regarding UP it has enough No. of Seats to offer in various Courses. 

I have checked previous year data. And as per previous Cutoff In UP at 64812 with General Category. Its not possible to get BDS or MBBS in Government Colleges in earlier rounds but cutoff Could get low in later Counselling. Here is that link Please Check It.
