493 was the least cutoff last year in Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Adilabad in your state under 85% state quota. The equivalent AIQ rank was 24025. Having said this you too might be knowing that the competition and cutoffs have increased heavily this year since the number of candidates had increased and also the paper level was called easy comparatively. So things look difficult for you even with 481 marks. You cab try in dental colleges or private medical colleges of your state. You might have chances there.
