According to the cutoff trends, there are very low chances of getting government seat for MBBS at this score in your category. In private medical colleges also you can mainly get admission only through management quota such as:

• Bhaskar Medical College, Moinabad
• C Ananda Rao Institute of Medical Sciences, Karimnagar
• Deccan College of Medical Sciences
• Kamineni Academy of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad

There are some private medical colleges also in which you can get seat in government quota also. But remember cutoff changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more.
