With your marks in Comedk , your expected rank would be aroung 35k-45k.
Unfortunately, The cutoff for medical electronics branch in MSRIT college end at 14k but as per the previous year trends,
The extended second round may give you a slight chance to get into your desired branch.
So the chances are very low but there are some chances in the extended second round.
