Hello Aspirant,
As per the latest eligibility criteria issued for NEET, the candidate must have secured 50% marks in class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as mandatory subjects if he/she belongs to Unreserved category but if he/she belongs to any of the reservation category such as OBC/SC/ST then the threshold is 40% marks.
So if you belongs to UR category then you are not eligible for NEET but if you belongs to any of the reservation category then you are eligible on such percentage.

Good Luck!!
You did not mention your Category. If you belong to General Category/EWS, you will need 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology. You should pass in all the subjects and then score this aggregate in these 3 subjects, If you belong to General Category/EWS then 49.65% is not enough because they do not round it off to the the next decimal. You have to score 50%. But of you belong to General Category/EWS- PWD then you are eligible because you only need 45% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology. And you are also eligible if you belong to OBC,SC,ST OBC-PWD, SC-PWD and ST-PWD as these Categories only need 40%.
