sir, i got 50% (theory+practical) in 12th science board result so, am i eligible for UG counselling for MBBS ?

Hi Hafsa,

As per the eligibility criteria of NTA to give NEET examination. You are eligible for the exam as minimum percentage required for giving neet exam is:

50% for UR

45% for SC/ST/OBC

40% for PWD

But to get admission in MBBS course in any govt. College will depend upon your performance in the NEET Exam.

Generally candidates scoring 600 and above get a good govt. College for MBBS.

Yes you are eligible for giving NEET if your PCB aggregate marks are 50% or above


ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA


Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.


Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.


NEET age limit


Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, of that year


NEET eligibility marks


The class 12 percentage required for NEET 2021 exam is separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects


UR - 50%,


OBC/SC/ST - 40%,


PWD - 45%
