You have a very good score.
If you belong to any privileged category you have very high chances to get a good mbbs college in up.
Even if you belong to general or open category you can make it to any mbbs college in UP.
You might not be able to get to the top college but
Try for them.
You can check the cut off list and choose among thr colleges
