Assuming that you belong to Bihar, according to the previous year cut off Government Medical College, Bettiah is the only College whose cut off score is near your marks. For this College BC category cut off score was 519 still more than 515 which puts you in a tough spot because chances are that cut off may increase. You can always hope that cut off decreases since nothing can be said before hand since each year cut off fluctuates.
For other colleges in Bihar you have little to no chance since the cut off is atleast 529.
