Assuming that in April session a total of 1200000 candidates appear then the formula for expected rank will be

And your category rank will be above 1 lakh with such rank it is impossible to get admission in NITs even if you have reservation. You may not qualify JEE main as the cut off was 54.01 in 2019 for SC category.And as we know cut off changes every year it may increase or decrease slightly.
