See... Last year with 520 marks the all india rank was around 38000 and this year it is 70000.

You can see the difference yourself. This occurred due to easy standard of paper this year.

So, when considering cut off, we should preferably look at rank rather than marks because rank gives us the idea of no.of people who are ahead of us.

Considering all this and comparing the closing ranks last year, you have very low chances to get a free medical seat. You may possibly get a conveyor quota seat in following colleges

Mahavir Institute of medical colleges, Vikarabad

Medicity Institute of medical college

Dr. Patnam mahender reddy Institute of medical sciences, Chevella

Bhasker medical college etc

But that's not sure as it depends on various factors.

*GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE, NIZAMABAD:- 450

*ESI MEDICAL COLLEGE, SANATHNAGAR, HYD:- 471
