Your score is quite good , and Considering the previous years Cutoffs you may get seat in some of the govt college's like :-



1. Govt medical college, khandwa/ ratlam /vidhisha / Datia.

2. Shyam shah medical college.

3. Bundelkhand medical college, Sagar.

Apurva as per my opinion u will get admission as ip  ward.though high numbers of certificate issued by esic cutoff will go high but still u have good score to achieve . good luck
