Sir I got 52percentile and also clear hpcet state board exam of Himachal Pradesh so can I get not of home state please guide me

1st of all write your queries more clearly so we can understand that. If you get 52 percent in 12th board and clear your hpcet entrance examination but you are not mentioned your score in hpcet entrance examination. So how we can guide you...
But overall I can only guide you that if you are qualified for hpcet then go for its councelling and opt the courses in which you are interested.
