According to the marks you have mentioned in the question your expected category percentile and rank would be in the range of 91.04-91.24 and 7321-8971 respectively and your overall percentile and rank will be falling in between 82.83-83.03 and 156221-188371. Till now the cut-offs for this year has not been released by NTA so I am guiding you on the basis of previous year's cut-offs to give you an idea. So on the basis of your percentile calculated above you have decent chances to get qualified for JEE-Advance because last year cut-off for JEE-Advance for SC category was 54.0129.
