Sir I got 530 then there is possibility of MBBS in government college in UP

Dear Trapti, last year score of 530 secured seat in 2 colleges -
- Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute, Lucknow-469
- U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Etawah-492
Also there were many colleges whose cut off marks lied between 531-540, just greater than yours. So, there are pretty much high chances for you to get to these 2 colleges. Apart from these it will be difficult for you to get among others as your score is 530 and the cut offs are also expected to increase.

Arya I am assuming that you are from UR category and you belong to UP.
Since you have UP domicile therefore you will come under AIQ in Kerala. Last year the minimum marks that secured the seat under AIQ was 561.
So, sorry to disappoint you but you won't be able to get seat in Kerala
