The cut off for admission in RMNLU Lucknow in the previous year for the State Other Backward Classes

Was a a rank of 758 and for the State Other Backward Classes Women was a rank of 975.

Hence if your All India rank falls within the similar range of your category, only then you'll have fair chances.

Also the cut off for admission in any NLU in the previous year was a rank of 1600. Considering your AIR your chances in any NLU are not much.
