Based on my research chances of you to get a seat in GRMC gwalior is very less.
Since you got a good rank you can get some other medical college via all India quota.you can get admission in other colleges like
- Sri Venkateswara Medical College, tirupati
- SRI KRISHNA MEDICAL COLLEGE, muzaffarpur
- Govt institute of Medcial Sciences Kasna
These are just few examples, you have many options available.
