You got a decent rank .

You might not get into jntu Hyderabad, Osmania University,cbit but you have chances to get into top private colleges in telangana which are on par with government Colleges

You have chances to get into vnr vigna Jyoti,narayanamma, Vardhaman etc

Fill the Colleges based on your preference irrespective of rank and hope for the best!
