Yes, you can surely get government medical seats according to your marks through both 15%all india quota and 85%state management quota.

But, if you are aiming for only UP colleges, then the chances are high according to the previous year merit list.There were many students with 548 marks and among them last student with same marks secured AIR 8047 and state rank was 925.
