Sir I got 55% in 12th , sir should I repeat or should I take admission in btech , is 12th marks are important for placements

If you are interested in pursuing BTech then definitely go for it if you're getting a good college. Repeating class 12th won't give you much benefits. But if you take admission in a good Engineering college then you can work on your profile by participating in various competitions and doing internships.
