EAMCET is an entrance exam conducted to get admissions in engineering and medical colleges in and around AP / Telangana.
As the cutoff rank for BC B category in ECE branch of TKR College of engineering and technology is 34k. But your rank is little higher so, you might not have a chance to get admissions in TKR college.

Hello aspirant.As you mentioned that your rank is 57441 there is possibility of getting admission in TKR college of engineering.One more important thing is that getting an admission in any Engineering college is mainly based on your category.As you didn't mention your category we cannot say that you can get seat in particular branch.
