Based on the closing ranks of 2018 you have very less chances to get MBBS in governemnt college.

Last year the closing rank was,

Shri Krishna Medical College, Muzzafarpu -11253

But  you will have chances for BDS,

Patna Dental College & Hospital, Patna -13206

There will be slight variations this year if the no of seats have increased and no of applicants etc.
