Sir I got 59.5 marks in hpcet exam 2019 and 94% in my 12th board exam can I got civil/electrical engineering in any govt. College.

Hello amit, you have avery good grades in your 12 but your HPCET marks are not that great. I will suggest you to apply for goverment college under 12th marks instead of going with HPCET marks moreover I will also advice to keep a backup plan that is keep some private college as your backup plan.
