PMCH Patna is a very good college under your Home state quota. For All India Quota you can get colleges like King George Medical College which is much better. Being a General Category candidate you will only get KGMC as better option. You can apply through AIQ and through AIQ and there is no issue in it.

Also, you shall consider PMCH too as it has better practical exposure.
