sir i got 60% in 12 board exam .......so which collage suitable for me?

Hello Rahul, You have not specified what course you would like to study. If you are to secure admission in any college only on the basis of the 12th board exam then it's going to be very tough for you because 60% marks are not enough. You can try for colleges in your state because you can avail your state quota there and the cutoff is generally low so you might have a chance. You can give entrance exams of certain colleges and try to perform well. last option is to take the donation route, which is going to be expensive but it depends on you if you want to take admission by giving a donation or not.
