Hello student,
As per the details provided by you, your rank may be between 15,000 to 17000 and your Eamcet percentile is 52.54(inter marks+eamcet marks). You are stating that you are a non local, so you need to score more than the cutoff of the particular college inorder to get a seat in that college.
