Hello,
Considering the previous year qualifying cut off for SC category you have chances of qualifying in JEE Main. Candidates who qualify in JEE Main are eligible to appear for Advanced. The qualifying cut off percentile was 50.1760245 for SC category last year and this year it is estimated that the cut off percentile is going to be in between 50-55 percentile. As you have scored 60 percentile you may qualify. Cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
Yes, there are good chances and you might be able to sit for JEE Advanced. As per last years cutoff, the cutoff for JEE Main for your category was 50.17 percentile. And this year it is expected to be in between 50-55 percentile.

Hello Aspirant,
Based on previous year's cut-off trends we can help you with the expected qualifying cut-offs for this year because for this year the cut-offs will be released along with JEE-Main 2021 final result which will release after session 4:-
- Common Rank List (CRL) - 90- 95 Percentile
- GEN-EWS - 70- 75 Percentile
- Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) - 70- 75 Percentile
- Scheduled Caste (SC) - 50- 55 Percentile
- Scheduled Tribe (ST) - 40- 45 Percentile
- PwD - 1-2 Percentile
So according to above table you should score at least 50+ percentile in JEE-Main in order to sit for JEE-Advance 2021 and you have scored 60 percentile so you have decent chances to get qualified for JEE-Advance 2021.
But note that in above table it is not the actual cut-off for JEE-Main 2021 but expected on the basis of previous year's analysis. You can check out previous year's cut-off trends from the link given below :-
