Hi aspirant,
With 617 marks you have little chance to get admission in M.G.M. Medical College, Indore if you belong to OBC catagory. Candidates who belong to genral catagory required 627 marks for MGM college according to previous years cutoff. So it quite difficult to say you get seat or not because the cutoff marks change every year. It's depend upon number of students that appeared in examination, number of seats available in colleges, difficulties of question paper, reservation catagory, previous years cutoff trends, etc.
