Hey,

If you compare 60% with 60%+ then, it would be less, and if you compare 60% with 60%- then, it would be more.

I'm sorry to inform, but with this score you will not be admitted to any private mbbs college. You must at least have met the NEET cut off in order to be admitted to a private college, and as you do not meet that cut off here or the cut off for the category to which you belong, you are not eligible to enrol. I will advise you to work hard the following year in order to get good grades.
