Let me tell you, that the board exam marks are not significant for admission unless you're the university topper. Applying for NITs, IITs, IIITs and GFTIs, requires you to be in the Top 20 percentile in your respective board(which you are). But with your JEE score I think you haven't cleared JEE mains, so you won't get these government colleges. So if you want to apply, you can, and keep your hopes, and don't miss the opportunity if it knocks. All the best!
In order to appear for josaa counciling, one must get more than 75% in 12th with 19% relaxation for reserved class.
And also must secure marks above cutoff. For OBC NCL- 74.3166557. So unfortunately you do not qualify for josaa counciling.
However all hopes are not lost, register for your state counciling
Eg for Maharashtra it is organised by DTE and there we can enter our jee marks and can try for 15% all India reserved seats via jee mains. So you might be able to get a good private college in your state all the best.
Yes you can do registration in josaa but it will be of no worth as josaa counselling is mainly for the candidates to get admission into any nit , iiit or GFTIS
But with this jee score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits.
Atleast one to get admission into any reputed college must atleast score a cutoff marks in jee mains.
Either you take part in any other councelling or you can even take admission into any reputed private institutes.
Hope it helps !!!!
