No dear i am sorry, this rank is not enough for getting any iiit. But you will get nit though not nit trichy or nit warangal but you can get other nits like Bhopal, Rajasthan, Andhra pradesh, Durgapur etc. You may not get cse but will get it in these nits

Yes you can have a IIIT there
My personal recommendation is IIIT Maharashtra
