Considering previous year cut off trends it is difficult to get seat in NITs based on your rank in JEE Main Paper 2. However, you can still have chances of getting seat in colleges accepting JEE Main Paper 2 score. Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates appeared, number of seats available, difficulty of exam, top score etc.

With this OBC category rank in JEE Mains paper 2, it would be hard for you to get a seat in any government colleges for B.arch programs.
Even with your category reservation, it would be a bit hard to get a seat.
If you belong to Himachal Pradesh or chattisgarh, then you might get seat in the NIT considering that you have home state quota for that state.
You can also go for some top private architecture colleges in India which consider JEE mains score
- MIT Manipal
- SRM University Chennai
- Sharda University Greater Noida
- LPU Jalandhar
