Sir i got 683 gate score in gate 2019 from eee can i get any iits or nits

Yes with this GATE Score you can easily get New IITs like IIT Bhubaneshwar, IIT Indore , IIT Patna, IIT(ISM) Dhanbad, etc. But you should also try some old IITs like IIT Roorkee, IIT Kharagpur, etc till last round because there is a chance of getting that.
For NITs you can easily get any NITs except some Top NITs like NIT Warangal, NIT Trichy and NIT Surathkal.
