Neet is an all India common entrance examination for the medical aspirants to get into the undergraduate courses in both government and private colleges.
The minimum marks required for a student to get into the government college admissions is more than 400.
With your rank, it is assumable that you have marks between 420 and 450. So you may have a 75% chance to get into the government colleges.

You have a very good state rank and that wouldn't be a problem to get an MBBS seat at all. You will get one.
