Yes you may get an engineering seat in good colleges but cannot say the top ones. You might have to settle for the branch which take in your rank and wouldnot be able to choose your desired branch. As you belong to SC category you do have chances to choose your desired branch but difficult to get in top colleges. But Yes, you do get a engineering seat with 69k as you belong to reservation category.  Good luck !
