Hi ! It seems that you may get CSE but probably in third tier nits or in IIITS. So let's hope for the best. I can tell you some college where you can CSE are nit Manipur, nit Jharkhand, IIIT Kurnool, IIIT Kota and some few others. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
